1. Consent to process personal data

I hereby agree and consent that the Company may collect, use, disclose and  process my personal data for the following purposes (“Purposes”):

A) evaluating and purchasing my goods; 

B) selling my goods at the Company’s or third party’s store, auction or e commerce site; 

C) processing payment or credit transactions; 

D)performing other obligations in the course of or in connection with the company’s provision of any goods and/or services requested by me;

E) making reservations for my visit to the Company’s store; 

F)processing and administering membership registration and mail-magazine registration; 

G)sending marketing information about the Company’s goods or services including notifying you of the Company’s marketing events, initiatives and  promotions, membership and rewards schemes and other promotions or  campaigns; 

H)responding to, handling and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints and feedback from me; 

I) carrying out customer surveys, analysis and market research; 

J)verifying my identity and conducting investigations or other screening activities (including background checks); 

K)transmitting to any third parties including the Company’s affiliates, third party  service provides and agents, and relevant governmental and/or regulatory  authorities, whether in Nigeria or abroad, for the aforementioned  purposes;

2. Transfer of personal data outside of Nigeria 

Where transfer and disclosure of my personal information to any third party which  may be sited outside of Nigeria, including but not limited to the Company’s  affiliates, data intermediaries are necessary and third party service provides and  agents for the conclusion or performance of the Purposes, the Company may  transfer and disclose my personal data to such third party not based in United  Kingdom in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. I hereby acknowledge  and consent to the transferring of my personal data to such jurisdictions outside of Nigeria. 

3. Notes on the provisions of personal information 



I agree that my consent will remain in place until my withdrawal by officially 

notifying the Company in writing at valuence-europe@valuence.inc
